  1. (Spoilers) I think I broke the quest. I looted the receipt from the safe which claims the old lady who runs the Primm store sold the sniper's wife to slavers. Problem is I found this receipt before receiving the quest from the sniper. So now, later, the sniper guy tells me to find out who did it and for me to lead the person in front of the dinosaur for him to snipe while I wear his (the sniper's) red beret. Knowing it is the lady from the Primm store, I go back hoping for a "follow me" dialog option, but to no avail. All her options are grayed out. I believe I've talked to everyone on Primm for information on who they think committed the crime, but seemingly none of them know anything useful. Can anyone confirm whether I broke the quest or not? And if so, how could Bethesda mess up on this? So I did the quest out of order? Major fail for Bethesda if it's broken. Yes, I do keep backup saves, but wouldn't you know it this is the one time my last rollback is way too far back. I'd rather leave the quest incomplete than invest another several hours into just fixing it.
  2. Awesome, yup, that worked. Of course to attain the full drug's effects, perception should likewise be given the same effect time to match charisma, otherwise you'll have one disappearing before the other. Thankfully, withdrawal does not kick in until all the effect times have transpired, so yea, altering just one delays withdrawal. Huge thanks! :)
  3. I'm using the cigarette mod and I'm finding nicotine withdrawal is kicking in too quickly. http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=38002 I want to slow down when it kicks in. My guess is the answer lies in a script. I've found the various addictions in the GECK under the action effects in the game effects section, but they seemingly do no good, as I want to edit the time it takes to reach an addiction, not the actual addiction itself. Does anyone have any ideas?
  4. I tried deleting all the male files in these folders: Meshes/Armor/characters/_male (deleted upperbody-erect and upperbody) Meshes/Characters/_male (deleted upperbody-erect and upperbody) Textures/characters/male (deleted the whole folder containing upperbodymale, upperbodymale_n, upperbodymale_sk) That did fix the issue, but also seemingly uninstalling Breeze's mod. I also uninstalled Breeze's mod and rolled back to his older version, but no dice. -------- Edit: SUCCESS! I figured it out! I used FNVEdit as you recommended and found that Bouncing Natural Breasts added two files pertaining to males for some reason into the meshes/characters/_male folder (lefthand.nif and righthand.nif). Removing these two files fixed the issue. Because they were files, this would explain why unchecking all my mods didn't do anything, since unchecking the mods doesn't change the fact the files are still in the folder. Now I'm left scratching my head why Better Bouncing Breasts would screw with male hands...
  5. http://www.davidjscott.com/misc/breeze1.jpg (Left Hand - Note the pinkie) http://www.davidjscott.com/misc/breeze2.jpg (Right hand - Note the grey areas) This effects all male NPC's, regardless of skin color. Both hands look the exact same on every npc. I've isolated the issue to Breeze's Male Bodies mod, since when I deactivate it, problem solved. http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35451 I've tried all sorts of archive invalidations on/off, reinstalling the mod multiple times, reinstalling things in different orders, but nothing seems to work. I have the armor fix and am using the FMOD version. I tried Robert's Male Bodies with excellent success; however, Robert's does not utilize nude males, so that's a no-go. Breeze's Male Bodies is my only option. I also tried using the male bodies from R18 Rude Body Pack V3 OSBR recommended and linked from "Animated Prostitution," but because it utilizes Breeze's Male bodies, this is not a solution either. http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34903 Other than the hands, the mod works and looks flawless. It's just the damn hands giving me issues. 6. I know there was one for Oblivion (not sure on FO3). Are there any for New Vegas? I find it hard to take good screen shots when my character has a neutral face all the time. Minimally, I'd like something where I can adjust whether they're happy versus mad.
  7. Oh okay, so it's just a mod basically, not a stand-alone installation expansion that messes with vanilla Oblivion files? If so, that makes me feel better - I was afraid it was going to overwrite a whole bunch of things.
  8. I'm running on 50+ mods via vanilla Oblivion. There's some clothes from Shivering Isles I want to have, but I guess I need to install the expansion for them. Will doing so interfere or replace anything I'm using? Will I have to reload mods, mess with my saves, or do anything funky to get the expansion to cooperate or is installing it, for the most part, an easy clean process?
