I can't find the answer to the combination to get into the burial tomb. I heard Tharstin say something about the door but now all I get is the whistle thing when I talk to him for info. Can ANYBODY tell me the combo for the 3 rings? Goin nuts here :)........ nothing new! thanx inj

I was having the same problem........ could not access NMM But when I loaded the nexus.com page it gave me an option of dl the newest version. So I did and it fixed my problem.... no more "could not reach login"!

I can't upgrade NMM because it says I cant reach it....... I try to type my pw in but no joy. I have no idea how to fix this. I can sign onto the .com site fine. Scratching my head way bad here!

I can log into Nexus.com site fine but can not log into the NNM....... any ideas?

My brother in law, and his wife, gave me Skyrim for a gift one year ( xmas)! I looked at em and said, “are you two outa yer mind and laughed. They said give it a shot so I picked it up few weeks ago and after much head scratchin and tryin to figure out what the hell was goin on I started on steam! Then I kept reading about this Nexus place?? Long story short, yer now my favorite hangout AND home page :) I’m 70 and the health is goin down so imagine my surprise AND delight when I found out that even though I could not take any more long horse trips in the country around where I live I could get on a horse in Skyrim and go camping, “ virtually” ? Totally mind boggling for someone who saw the first Jets fly, the beginning of black and white TV and thought a party phone line was normal. Now my wife is thinkin bout playin just so she can have one of those studly young followers, all decked out in one of those skimpy fur robes….. roflmfao! My pals all laugh at me but wish they had started the computer a bit earlier in life instead of hangin at the bar chansin all them 30 year younger gals cuz Lydia gets em droolin, and there is nothing worse than a toothless ole bugger droolin ? “Hey inj can we come in a watch ya play with Lydia”? “NO ya get my screen all drooly”!!! The clip clop of the horse hooves, the breath one hears and and the look of the eyes of the horse are so mind jogging. Putting up a camp just like unloading my pack horse, setting a campfire and makin chow all take me back to a kinder, gentler time when a man’s word really meant something and kids pulled up their britches and helped work instead of standin around with their butts hangin out thinkin they had invented life. Happy Birthday Nexus and thanks for savin and old man’s sanity and givin him something to take his mind off the pain when it hits and those long nights when one can’t sleep. thanx for the help... I love the mod manager and the boss list sounds like a great thing to have. It tells you what all the file orders should be in but I just don't understand what to point to on the third line of the install.. I'm an old duffer so am used to gettin beat up by these infernal machines....believe me sometimes I think horse shoein was easier lol

OK I'll do that... get rid of all mods on the steam then go offline and just use the Nexus... that seems simple but I am lost as to how to install the boss list program.. I'll keep trying.. thanx so much for your help :) OH one other thing.. if you go off line then how do u update steam??? the inj

On the boss exe line I've pointed to every thing I can think of to make it work but it say there is nothing there... do I need to point to the exe that starts skyrim or the exe in the NMM that starts Skyrim.. really scratchin my noggin here! Do Nexus and steam conflict as a rule. I seem to be having trouble with ctd's and it seems like steam can not keep up with changes I make using Nexus Mods. I would like to do a complete new start and am wondering IF I should use the original Skyrim disk and then just use Nexus without steam. IS that possible? I really like the Nexus crowd and system so am wondering if I could run Skyrim without also going thru Steam. I've taken all mods and plugins off and use the steam logo on the NMM to start game and it still ctd. I can save my char hopefully but do not mind starting over if needed. what is the best direction for me to take? Any advice will be listened to.. thanx for ANY comebacks... the inj
