i try skse64 for a week now and it runs super so far

only i can think off is your light mod and i dunno what mod you use atm also what i figure out some weather mods with light in it don't work with some other light mods my taste is Climates Of Tamriel Special Edition - Weather - Lighting - Effects - Audio Enhanced Lights and FX it works very good for me and dont for get to download Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch its a must have to fix all kind off bugs and get LOOT to order your mods

your are thane of whiterun and have lydia ?? if so then talk to the steward if not do the main quest you only be thane of whiterun if you absorb for the first time the dragons power and summed by the grey beards then talk to the jarl in whiterun and he make you a thane for the quest start ad helgen if you use start other live mod and the quest unboud will be done for the rest follow the quest i do recommen when you are in riverwood to go first to bleak falls barrow to get the dragon stone and the golden glaw for the trader in riverwood
