I suggest a mod that lets you write books, like in Oblvion. With this roleplayers could write journals if they're adventurers, or publish fiction if they're an author etc... Also, if possible, have a choice to publish the book. When this happens, merchants will start to sell them, you can find them in people's houses etc...
