Scratchdog

hey all! new here to let me know if additional info is required. I've uninstalled skyrim AE and reinstalled to do a clean MO2 modlist. As of right now I don't have anything besides SKSE, some engine fixes, and Dyndolod. When i enter ingame my mods aren't active and are being listed in the creation club load order tab. any help would be appreciated lol I've been trying to get this to work for like the last week and a half now.

I've installed the rockwell pursuit and the final update for it, but whenever I try to start a link to the old world, I don't get teleported to the facilty. I just get some xp and whenever I try to talk to the npcs they don't do anything.
