Fuzzousity

I'm rather new to the modding seen and have looking in the forums for an answer. Seems its beyond me, I have installed the revised godmod mod and the zero weight mod. I can level up but I can not spent the talent points. Ive tried removeing and putting in the mods several times but still getting the same effect. Any help would be greatly appericated. I just want to go through the story again (1st play throughs where on the xbox and it was great)
