  1. Hi, so I'm just a little curious today. What programs do advanced modders use to make mods? I know that something simple like a new weapon or player home can be made in the Creating Kit for Fallout 4, but I'm not really talking about those mods as much. I mean for mods that really change the fundamentals of the game, like ArmorSmith, Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch, things that get more into the actual coding of the game. I understand this isn't just something an average player can do, these guys probably have degrees in computer programming and have spent years doing what they do. I'm just curious, what are some of the resources used to make these masterpieces? Thank you!
  2. Hi. Does anyone know of any mods that change the name of weapons so they say the actual name of the weapon first and then list how it's modified? It's an absolute chore to find a weapon that I'm looking for in my chest because it doesn't tell me what the actual weapon is first, it tells me "recoil compensating" or "powerful" and even more depending on how modified it is. It sometimes gets to the point where I can't even see the actual weapons name because there are so many modifications, here's one that I found just lying around, I didn't even mod it: http://i.imgur.com/ZkkXCca.jpg?2 This is especially annoying if I'm looking for a rarer weapon, like for instance the Cryolator, and I have it modified, so rather than being listed under C like it normally would, I have no idea where it could be, so I have to search for it using the icon, which takes so much longer. I'm not sure who at Bethesda thought this would be a good idea, but they really need to be fired. If anybody knows a good mod or knows how to make one, it would really help me out. Thx!
