I would try reinstalling your frontier farm mod, because it look like the problem is there in logs. by reinstalling I mean completely deleting your frontier farm folder. then download and installing the frontier farm from the stardew valley expanded nexus page. I would do this manually versus using a mod manager if your using one.

range display is extremely outdated not even sure smapi will load it into a up to date game. could be wong. so I would recommend range highlight.

Have you considered the number mods you have in the game. I have something similar happen only during load up of my save right now I have 500+ mods installed my specs are extremely high 96 gb of ram intel i9 14700k nvidia 4080 super and ssd is being used but even with all that the number of mods loaded into the game bogs it down at first. but after you wake up for the first time after loading my save runs smooth as a button.

I have no clue how difficult this would be to create, but its a quality of life feature that those who want to play it with the full enviromental effects, damage, and a afflictions could benefit from. And I believe that this is something that bethesda should have implemented before even releasing the game but that's completely off topic.
