will this make it so I can edit hancock?

okay here is example, Mac's thing has like idk 9 PNAM parts. but when I go to hancock, under same area it only has 3. so I can only change 3 of the things, but I can't add the full 9. (mac's underneath) and also how do I make overrides? cause I want to make hancock human, but my esp did nothing, so Im not sure how to make it override the original? I changed hancock race to human then change the 3 ghoul things under head parts to the 1st 3 human parts mac had. I was hoping adding this stuff would allow me to alter him in game but the only thing I can adjust in slm is the body structure (muscular etc) http://i68.tinypic.com/2ccqgt5.png

how can I change hancock's looks? someone did it, then removed. I looked at esp, made new one but it won't override the main one? I don't know how to make it override so it shows him as human

I created a new esp file that I'm gonna edit, but problem is, it doesn't have enough columns going horizontal, is there a way to add more? also how do I make my esp override the main?

EDIT: where do I find 'drifter outfit' in the BAE program? Is it called wastelander common? wastelander 02 doesnt look anything like it, and ..yea Im so confused. I'd like to retexture/change the drifter outfit but I havent a clue how I'm going to access the original textures seeing as it doesn't go by its own name.

I think hugging and stuff would be nice for animation or like first kiss lol I mean...I'm only OBSESSED with Deacon, and frustrated I can't be his lover. Lmao. I'd be content with like closer friend dialogues with huggy animation xD like instead of sex animation for Deacon, we get a hug moment with some small dialogue (like the fade to black sex scenes get) x.x that would be so cute.
