NVM IM DUMB (I fixed it)

So I'm pretty new to this whole modding thing so I have no clue what is causing this issue to happen. I am also new to forums/discussion so I didn't and I really didn't where else to go for help. It only happens when I launch Skyrim SE with skse64loader, which I use to be able to use SkyUI and RaceMenu effectively. When I launch it from steam there is no issues aside from my character's breasts going inside her body whenever I crouch but I don't really mind that at the moment. (But if anyone how to fix this as well it would be much appreciated). Note: Only sometimes does the issue not happen whenever I launch on skse64loader but as soon as I go in somewhere it goes back to the saggy breast. Also note that this doesn't happen on all armors/clothes I'm guessing because I've seen an NPC with steel armor or something like that and she didn't have the saggy breast.
