I got some mods for FO2 but they don't work. Like the restoration project, every time I go to one of the new areas it provides my game crashes giving me an error stating "memory error (somthing) unable to read". I got the B-team mod I installed it by extracting it and placing it in my FO2 directory where the exe was, then ran modrunner and checked it, it didn't work. Then I tried to extract it and rename it "patch000", still no luck. Am I doing something wrong or is there some other way?

I want a mod that makes the game more realistic, like hardcore mod for F:NV. And one that makes it generally more difficult. One mod I tried was " Survival of the fittest" but there's a problem with the hunger meter, it just keeps going to 0 in a few seconds even when it was 100 a few moments ago. All I want is a hardcore style mod, or a way to fix "survival of the fittest"

If I do player.placeatme 0003D34E it spawn in fawkes but he has an ordinary slege hammer and if i go to reven rock again th real fawkes shows up

I got to the part where you are supposed to get Fawkes but he dosent show up, I have very good karma but I may have accidentally shot him. He's not an Raven rock or the museum of history, is this a glich? how to get him?

I am in the medival mood so I want the best knight armor mod. some things I want from it are it to be helmeted like the entire head is enclosed such as the KotN dlc armor, and for it not to look too evil, it's supposed to be a knight a heroic looking one. also can anyone make an armor mod the makes the armor look like the knight armor from the movie Army of Darkness, sorry I failed to find a pic. but thats not really that important. All I want is a good Knight armor.

I got the fallout classic collection and 1,2 installed and worked fine but after installing tactics when I ran it it showed "Please insert Fallout Tactics CD" I was confused, why won't it work? also I did have the collection disc in.

Does anybody know any games that have really large scale battles? It dosent have to be 500 players in a multi battle it could just be the scale of the game, like the feeling of being in a massive battle.

Is there a mod for Fallout 2 that is similar to the enclave commander mod for Fallout 3. I have just started playing and to me it is ludacris in it's diffuculty I know there is followers but I really would like to just spawn them in or something like that.

I want a way to spawn friendly monsters not to come along in the missions but to have demon vs demon fights to see who would win. I could do this in the Doom 3 editor but there's some kind of problem that causes the maps not being able to save.

Quake 2 looked awsome but I get a big game breaking bug so I can't play it :( I tried most of the rest and they are pretty good (some I already have) are there some games that are not too old like in 2000 or newer but just optimized.

I want to have a list of the best low end (old but great) pc games. I'm not talking about the Doom1 era more like MoH:AA or Farcry games in that time period.

I'm talking about Doom 1, the war i'm thinking of is about 500 monsters and a cyber demon vs you a bunch of marines and the BFG.

I am making a war map for Doom so i also need ally marines to help out.
