  1. Hey all, I'll get right to the point; I'm sure you've seen how the dragon priests levitate a bit above the ground. It certainly enhances their powerful appearance. My question is, then, would it be possible to make levitation a spell? Unrestricted levitation would probably not be very balanced, but if you had to pay mana to maintain the levitation and dual-wield it (as a kind of master level spell), it would still add a very powerful asset to mages, who don't really get to benefit from mounted combat and such and really need that extra agility. Also, it would look extremely cool, which helps . Thoughts?
  2. So I only recently tried out mounted combat (gasp) and I have to say that at least for me, it's pretty game-changing and amazing. At first I was reluctant to try it, since it seemed clunky and pointless, but after a few minutes of mastering how the controls work it's actually pretty intuitive and adds significant depth to combat as well as some real incentive behind buying horses. So basically, I'd like to know everyone's opinion on how horses add to combat and/or if you have made use of them. Especially with stuff like the Warzones mod (awesome, there's actually a civil war now!), it really feels like you're an important member of the civil war with a horse. Add in the Deadly Combat mod and some real magic happens; you can thrown from your horse, knock enemies over, etc. And as a heavy armor enthusiast, it really helps maintain mobility and all that.
  3. Imo it makes more sense for this to actually NOT be in the game. It just doesn't seem right to me that extreme gore like that should be commonplace in a fantasy medieval setting like TES. While it would be nice to see some more variation gore, like lopping off a hand or leg, it probably wouldn't be worth the effort when there are already enough blood texture mods, finishing moves and decapitations to satisfy most consumers. It would be disappointing to see TES become torture-pron-ish,
