I had successfully customize many weapon sound, except this one. No where i can find the specific sound file to replace. According google result, there are 2 type of institute sound, 1 is normal laser sound, 1 is no sound. https://www.reddit.com/r/fo4/comments/49slxy/institute_rifle_bug_could_possibly_happen_to_any/ I tried use unofficial patch for Fallout 4. But problem still there, anyone can fix this? Another question is, can there be separate Laser Rifle & Institute Rifle sound effect? because they are different. Thanks.

Still no further information about ability to change shoulder width. No problem for the male, but the default female shoulder width make my character look like a toy :( BodySlide work perfectly fine, except the shoulder width is too wide.
