[NPC Editor]

Use it in 32 bit Skyrim, then after you save upgrade the esp to 64bit, it one itsy, bitsy, teenie, weenie tiny little extra step, not worth upgrading the App for.

Could someone please make something similar to the NPC Editor 0_75_1 that was compatible with vanilla skyrim.

 

It basically lets you tweak existing actors in the game. Awesome tool!

 

No I dont want to do it manually through CK!! :P
