I fixed mine. The warnings are automatically solved once you fix the merged file with Script Merger. Look for the mod map quest objectives full merge file it mentions and make sure you pick the line that fixes the error listing.

i got the last 3 warnings no matter which mod i install.

I dont see any responses though i have seen a few people post similar. Did you ever figure it out? My game runs fine without mods but no matter which mads i install even 1 single mod i get the same script errors.
