Getting the service I paid for ? What, like the last 2 years paying £3.59 a month for a FREE account ? That service ?

In my Country ? The home address for nexus is a 45 minute drive (Taunton) from my home, it can't get any closer. I don't think you would sound so relaxed about this if it happened to you. The fact that this isn't about a whole lot of money means it can be swept under the carpet, and nothing to worry about. If I hadn't spotted the account was a FREE! account then this could have went on indefinitely. Oh well, live and learn. I've cancelled the payment at my bank, so whatever.

The monthly payment is £2.99, so why was I paying £3.59 for nearly 2 years ? Something must have changed along the way, and I wasn't notified. This could have gone on for months, even a year, and all along I was on a FREE account. Pretty s#*! treatment, if you ask me.

Wow, so I was kind of ignored when you switched over to some other payment or some nonsense. I would advise ANYONE reading this, NOT to go premium. Save your money, or you might end up staying as a free account. I will be cancelling the payments at my end.

I've been paying you £3.59 a month since 2018, and today I log in to see I am on a Free account, NOT a Premium account. So, what, exactly, have I been paying you £3.59 a month for ? All my downloads are now capped at 2Mb a second.
