In response to post #36417095. #36458210, #36566465, #36641935, #36645695, #36720205, #36734620 are all replies on the same post. The Morrowind requirement is purely for legal reasons. Its so Beth can't say that we're giving people reasons not to buy Morrowind IE taking away money from them in an indirect way. I believe that once a 1.0 version comes out to the public, it will boost Morrowind sales quite a bit.

Have you tried a clean install? It usually helps, if not, its the mods not being compatible from my experience.
