I've been having this bug for awhile now, and my own troubleshooting has done nothing, sadly. It's an unusual blue 'wind' that shoots off of my character whenever I attack (with ANY weapon), or in many circumstances, just... randomly. For instance, walking, sheathed, or even standing still, weapon or not. I can only force it to only occur now and then when I attack by switching around weapons and quick slots rapidly, but even then it's very disruptive and annoying. It starts as a little blue mist at my hands as you'll see in the images, and then grows into a blue mist (like a tiny effect version of Unrelenting Force that does nothing), before vanishing. The entire thing does nothing, it appears to be simply 'for looks', but I cannot determine why it is.
