Just because you only use a few mods doesn't mean they're not causing it. Post your load order...

getting annoying using a standing stone plays the animation but never changes it so im stuck on the one standing stone.

 

I know it's none of my mods as i only use skse and a few others but it's annoying the crown that lets you have two does not even work :/
