I got a problem after installing ENB v 0.146. if I go to third person mode I can't see objects anymore. I only see light sources. After a little testing I found out that the problem lies with ENB v0.146's reflection and ambient occlusion. as soon as I turn them on my screen starts flickering. I never had this issue before, and my pc can handle a powerful enb just fine. I uploaded my .ini files, perhaps the problem lies there.

sorry for the late reply I had the same problem in my case deleting everything with the name realistic lighting...... inside the skyrim data folder did the trick. I hope this helps if you didn't fix it already

you can try Realistic Needs and Diseases by perseid9 http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26228/ or perhaps Diseased by Manaflow: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27780. You can also use both (I do and i really like em).
