i think its a very simple mod to make.

 

 

whenever you finish a challenge, you get one skill point. thats it!

regardless of you XP development.

Even better, when you complete a rank within a skill you automatically level up without needing to invest skill points in it. Your skill points get used for unlocking new skills. The current system is way too stingy
