  1. Final bump, gonna abandon thread after this.
  2. Bump...really wanna do this, it'd make the game a lot more fun for me
  3. I'm looking to make a mod that changes my character's weapon stance so that all greatswords are held in the battleaxe/warhammer stance, instead of their vanilla stance. Will I need all new models for this, or can it be done with the CK alone?
  4. No respectable forum is going to teach you how to do this. If you're really going to insist on breaking the law, you'll have to search in other places. I'm not trying to sound hateful, it's just...it's illegal, yanno?
  5. I have to agree about the SoS thing. A schlong on a chick isn't a way of life, it's a kinky fetish. I've already been there via the futanari mod for Skyrim. Didn't satisfy the issue like I thought it would.
  6. And here I thought I was going to catch a bunch of "ewww you're a freak" comments! I'm so glad I'm not the only one that wants to see this happen. Maybe with enough of us on this, we can convince someone to get started on something! I hope. :P
  7. I did run it in compatibility mode for XP, same problem
  8. It would also be nice to see Hakuren and Tsukishiro implemented as well. Voicing to accompany the moves would be nice, but of course, it'd only be friendly towards female characters that way.
  9. I think this may be close to what you want, though not exact by any means http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/19122//?
  10. I've been working on building a WoW-style "Death Knight" character. I've got almost everything settled as far as the melee aspect is concerned, but I'm a little stuck on the arcane aspect. I have a few ideas, but before posting them in the Requests section, I'd like to know just how feasable they are. Basically, any applicable spells would be lesser powers, with cooldown times...silent shouts, maybe?
  11. Well, as the title suggests, I've got a Windows 8 computer, and I can't get Morrowind to run properly. I install everything exactly as it should be, MW->TB->BM, I remember to right click->Run As Administrator, and it will run once or twice, but then it starts giving me the "BM Snowflake.nif" error, even in Admin mode. I've been fighting with this for months, and I'm on the verge of giving up on my favourite game. If there's absolutely anything anyone can do to help, it would be highly appreciated.
  12. There's no such thing as too much Saint's Row! :D I like the idea of being able to execute your shield. Maybe your character pushes them forward and shoves a blade through their back, much like the vanilla backstab animation?
  13. "Whatever you need, by Ysmir, if it's simple and strong, I can make it." Love this idea. Of course, you'd have to do the blacksmith a favour or two before they'd allow you to make requests. You'd want to be on good terms with them, obviously.
  14. I like this idea. In Morrowind, I used to clear out caves and ruins and live out of them. I'd love to be able to do that again.
  15. Following this thread. It'd be a bit difficult to conduct any actions with a human shield, since there's no firearms, and crossbows are two-handed weapons, but I can definitely see where this would be useful, particularly in dungeons. Grab a bandit, hold him out with a knife to his throat, and maybe it'll stall his cohorts. I mean, bandits are ruthless, but there's got to be some sort of brotherhood amongst them.
  16. bump....not expecting this to go anywhere, but.
  17. I've always disliked the stealth system in Elder Scrolls games. I haven't played Hitman since Blood Money, but I remember how challenging it was. Really made you stop and think through your approach. I'd absolutely love to see some Hitman elements. Hiding bodies, if nothing else, would be a BIG plus. I mean, there's ONE quest in the Dark Brotherhood questline that encourages you to hide a body out of sight...only one. It would be much more immersive, and more realistic, if you had to hide EVERY body. Disguises should be implemented all around Skyrim. Maybe to prevent hostility, there could be a few dialogue lines, each corresponding to the following sets of armour: Guard Armour, for hiding in plain sight Hide/Fur armour, for blending into groups of bandits Penitus Oculatus Armour, for easier access to certain aspects of the Dark Brotherhood Shrouded Armour, in case you want to take down the Dark Brotherhood from the inside out And I'm sure there's more fields it could be applied to. In any case, I'll be following this thread to see what comes of it. ANY new stealth system would be great, be it Hitman-esque, Metal Gear-esque, or what have you. I don't play stealth characters in Elder Scrolls games because of how bad I personally feel the stealth system is
  18. Yeah, but at the least, maybe some content from it could be used. I do like that outfit.
  19. I just found this mod: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/39230/? Should at least provide part of what we're looking for here
  20. Yeah, I think I've tracked down the source. I apparently need to find Bodyslide++ compatible versions of the various armours for the whole thing to work properly. Ah well. I got the body and clothes converted properly, so I'm pretty well happy.
  21. Erm...I've had NPCs perform killmoves on me with vanilla Skyrim. It's just a matter of the percentage...I think the percentage of an NPC performing a killmove is a lot lower than it is for the PC
  22. I personally get the best results using the Imaginator instead of an ENB, with no performance hit...but admittedly, that thing takes some getting used to, and doesn't have as many features as an ENB. I recommend the Winterheart ENB. It's dark, moody, and yet it fits the atmosphere of Skyrim so very well.
  23. His threats ARE empty, and worthless, but if you want to be technical, by placing a disclaimer on a mod description stating clearly that it is your intellectual property, you are - for however much good it may do, I don't know much about the legal system - entitled to sue someone for this kind of behaviour. It's a form of Theft By Taking, IIRC. Or, if nothing else, statements such as "try this and see where it gets you" are a form of menacing. They're considered threats, which are illegal anywhere you go. Now, I'm just gonna say right up front, trying to prosecute the fella for something like this is probably a pointless endeavour, as I'm sure you'd just get laughed at by the authorities. However, one thing has to be looked at - if he's making these kinds of threats, who knows what else he may be doing/plotting? He's obviously among the lowest of Earthly lifeforms, has less intelligence than a pile of rocks, and will never, ever, ever be truly happy in life... But, he's not worth messing with. While action -can- be taken against him, it's probably not even worth the time and effort it would take. Karma will strike him down, I assure you all. With an attitude like that, it's only a matter of time before he mouths off to someone in real life and gets flattened like the insect he is.
  24. I've got everything installed properly, but my custom preset isn't being translated into the game properly. I installed the nude option, then adjusted the body using Bodyslide++...I made realistic settings for the weight slider, going from "petite" to "chubby", and changed the CBBE armour replacer bodies to match...but all I get when I load up Skyrim is vanilla armour meshes, and my nude mesh isn't nude at all...nor is it where I set it to. Instead of getting a chubby girl at max weight, I get a woman with a supermodel body and pornstar breasts. I have CBBE, Bodyslide++, and the BodyofDibella presets mod installed. Can anyone tell me wtf is going on here? I just want the damn body meshes to look like my presets...and it's driving me insane.
