tracked it in Editor to have something to do with FOOK and and in the help documentation foundthat this is an engine bug not updating the characters. I can "update" the different actors by using the resurrect console command .... still if anyone has a fix to do that to all affected characters .. that would be nice. but it's a workaround that might help some people.

Hello All, Discovered New vegas modding a few days ago and started adding a few mods to make the experience a bit more enjoyable (autosorters, Type3bodys, etc ... basics really). After I managed to get everything running flawlessly I was running around in-game and noticed that Isaac (from the gunrunners) had no clothes on, none where found in his inventory either after pickpocketing and killing. Exploring further I noticed that quite a few other NPC's were missing their clothes also ( Ranger Jackson, Ghost, the caravaneer outside the mojave ranger station, ...) while others weren't. Female or male alike while I only installed roberts male bodies and type3 female + armor. I tried fixing it ( uninstalling and reinstalling mods several times, adding new texture packs, even deinstalling and reinstalling everything, ...) but I can't seem to get it fixed. Before I completely FUBAR my game I guess I should ask here, it's probably something easy or obvious I'm missing. but I searched the forums and the interwebs and couldn't find anything like my problem. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this? (load order, mod removal, an optional mod restoring all default armor?) Sorted with BOSS, tried/managed with FOMM, NMM and FNVedit .. no luck so far.
