Im also having this issue. i noticed that the mods i have in common with you are the MMUE, Robco Certified, Project Nevada, WME, and EVE. I can't imagine it being EVE or WME. If anyone has any info on how to fix this I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

What I did with this problem was check the male Khajiit texture path. I had four files there. The footmale.dds and RTfootmale.dds were two of them and the other two were negatives. I checked the footmale.dds with gimp and it was the female Khajiit texture. The RTfootmale.dds was the male texture. I just renamed the RTfootmale.dds to footmale.dds and did the same with the RT negative overwriting the other footmale.dds file. I loaded up my save game and it seems to have fixed the problem. This may not work for everyone but it worked for me and it was a simple fix.

I installed some mods and played the game for awhile. Then I installed some new mods and some didn't work with others so I deleted them.
