So... I was playing fallout wile using my power armor, and i got overencumbered, i went to a workstation to recicle some weapons i've looted and exiting the power armor, i was no more overencumbered. Turned out i have 360 carry weight using power armor and 370 not using it... What i'm asking for is a mod that simply "ADD" strenght to my pg when using power armor instead of switching from my strenght stats to the stats of the power armor. Is it possible without the contruction kit? thanks :)

Pipe weapons will definitely degrade, they are not "industrial" made and the material wich they are made has not been built for the use. On the other hand, original weapon can still need minor repairing during time, but not that much. Still, an iron pipe used used to shoot 12 gauge or as automatic rifle... i don't belive wil last long :)

No VATS here too, i would love to have "bullet time" but having the computer to aim for me, is too easy. And i'm a total noob at fps, but still il damn awesome when YOU kill an enemy and not the VATS u.u

+1 to this suggestion. I LOVED that feature, i want it back!!!! ç_ç

I was going to open a new topic about it, than i saw this one... I've tried -RTR- but it is simply a reading animation of your character... Is there no chance to have "real" -real time lockpic and reading- in this game? It will be VERY awesome... or at the least can someone explain what a mod like this will need to be done?

i'll like to do it if i know how to do it ç_ç

i didn't see the italian flan in the game... anyone that have some italian soldier can tell me please? (is just to not buy 99 new soldier to find out that there are no italian soldier :P)
