I dont use any firewalls. Only windows defender. Any other solutions?

I keep getting the message we were unable to download the file due to errors after four retries. When I try to download manually I get 403 forbidden. Are the servers down? EDIT: Seems it was an issue with the premium servers. Switched over to CDN and it works.

I am not using any enbs or any mods, I have enbseries downloaded and thats all. The enbseries download I have is v0.343. I'm on skyrim SE and I made sure I'm downloading the one for SE. I have no mods installed so I know it has to be enbseries because when i uninstall it goes away. Here is a comparison with and without. I'm wondering what kind of issues I would run into or things that would be nonoptimal if I didn't use enbseries. When I download the latest enbseries version it really messes up snow textures and I just can't bear it. I haven't found a way to fix it yet. So yeah, would it be that big of a deal if i just rid away of enbseries?

I did that and it just makes the dots smaller and more annoying. Would not using enbseries mess up the other enb and reshades I use or would they be fine without it? I tried deleting the line but that did nothing either.

Whenever I download enbseries on Skyrim it makes stone look really ugly. I know it is enbseries because I have nothing else downloaded and when I take enbseries off the ugly isn't there anymore. Here is a link to some pictures https://imgur.com/gallery/uCb81fx Please help
