PC has never let me down, the issue of backward compatibility annoys me especially in consoles. Just upgrade hw here and there if you want the recommended specs if not then no need to upgrade.

Not hidden from indexing, just hidden from users :)

Daggerfall is also a good game, can confirm ;)

By the time I finished reading what your problem was, I forgot what you were trying to say XD Glad you solved it.

> Who else is miffed with the prices of GPU's? (I bet a lot of you are!)
Hell yeah lol! It's like they "never settle"
Edit: I keep seeing articles like these https://www.ccn.com/crypto-mining-decline-expected-to-slash-gpu-prices/ :wallbash:

The stutter remover is such a great mod though :(
-
Count me in, still pretty slow.

An AMD ryzen 2600X would suit your needs.
As for the GPU, it depends on the resolution of your monitor. A nvidia 1060 6gb or AMD RX580 should do for 1080p
16GB of RAM should be appropriate for a modern gaming system.
And if you somehow end up in a tight budget you could go for a 1050 ti 4GB OC as well.

Hi i am finally done my Ryzen 2700 build.
New specs are as stated
Downgraded to Windows 10 check
Bought a 2700 Ryzen and overclocked it to 4.1ghz check
Bought the ram check, Kingston Hyperx Fury ram for 120$. Getting a second later this month.
Mobo Asrock x470 Master sli check
Still using a old antec 1200 case check
Power supply Antec 1000Watt modular sli crossfire ready
GPU GTX 1070 8gb Zotac
Sound card a Creative z, much better sound on second pci slot, so sli is out of the question.

What does that mean :P
1070 is powerful card, what games do you plan to play on it?

The CCCP libraries won't do anything evil to your machine. I installed them a while back and they seemed to work for a while. But within a few weeks the stuttering problem returned so I looked for other solutions.
The stuttering is a common problem with FO3 and FNV. At least it is under Windows 10. Its not hardware, but the Ogg Vorbis audio libraries that get installed with the game.
Try installing the updated Ogg Vorbis Libraries on the FNV Nexus.
Keep in mind this isn’t a mod you install with a mod manager. They are loose library files you need to install manually into your game folder.
Make back up copies of the originals before installing the new files!
This should take care of the stuttering in FNV and FO3. I don’t know about Oblivion since I don’t play it, but if the same .dll files that exist in the two Fallout games are also in your Oblivion folder, I see no reason it won’t work for Oblivion.
Thanks this seems to have solved my problems too, I had minor stuttering issue but still it was noticeable. Thanks again :)

I have a 27" Dell S2716DG; G-Sync that I run at 2560x1440 ("2K") @ 144Hz from a GTX1060 w/6GB.
At that resolution & refresh rate I see an avg. of 70-90 fps for most games with zero stutter or screen tearing.
Got it on sale for $499.
Points to remember:
a. 4K is the future. More-and-more content will be developed/optimized for that resolution on BIG screens.
b. G-Sync vs. FreeSync; your GPU determines which you can use. nVidia for the former, AMD for the latter. No mix-n-match. You can drive ANY monitor from either type of card, but to get the special "sync" function that eliminates the need for v-sync within the application you need the right one for the type you have.
Size and resolution being equal, G-Sync monitors are more expensive as they require an additional chip (licensed from nVidia) but Freesync ones impose more processing overhead so might not be quite as speedy.
That solved my confusion as well! 4K is indeed the future, it is evolving pretty fast in my opinion.

Currently watching "Suits" By Netflix. On season 2 and I think that this is the first show that I watched that fast.
-
Avengers 3: Infinity wars in the theaters and then hopped on to Netflix to watch other tons of movies that I don't remember anymore lol
-
PUBG and a little of Battlefied 4, sometimes when I get bored of FPS's then I hop on to the classic Need For Speed collection, any title works for me as long as I don't get tired :P

http://www.gamerevolution.com/guides/393047-fallout76-no-mods
i do not think this is true
1, that will annoy a lot of the players
2,they have https://bethesda.net/en/mods they may use that for the official way to get mods
The potential reasons are manifest. For one thing, the game may not need to rely too heavily on mods if it includes, for example, a dynamic online world. There is also the possibility of Bethesda moving things entirely to its official platform from now on. However, the user who provided the leak suggests that Bethesda will "sell it as a security thing." Whichever way it ends up, it appears that all Fallout 76 mods will go through official channels.
i believe there is no security risk in using mods from a reputable site like nexusmods
There will be mods for sure, paid or free I think they will be easily accessible no doubt in that, well we shouldn't have so many speculations since the game isn't even out yet.

Are you looking to play games on a console or PC?

I was wondering if I might get some help, even just a little insight. I have a computer running Windows 10 Pro 64, with an i7 eight core processor at 3.5 Ghz (can be OC to 4.3), 128 Gb of ram, 2X GTX 1080 video cards SLI, Liquid cooled, game running from SSD. I was having trouble getting it to go past character creation, but started removing mods until I got it working. Then my character had no carry weight until I went into the control panel and added. Good enough to get her out of the first dungeon. Now, on the way to the first large city from Riverrun, running into a patrol on the way, the game crashes at the initiation of combat, every time. I have cleaned all my plugins, sorted with Loot, and run a bashed patch. Have also set Papyrus to generate a report, but even after taking out mods that seemed to be implicated the same thing is happening. Also, I read that if the program crashes, the mod crashing it will take out the game before the report has time to note it. So here is my current load order. If I can't get it to work, I will probably end up reloading mods from an order someone else made and hope it works with a few of the ones I want to add. If anyone can pick out any problems with this order, I would appreciate the feedback.

To do this, we need to do four things:we need to enable Skyrim logging which is turned off by defaultNext, we use BOSS to check our load order and also for mod patches, conflicts or other issuesThen, we need to read the logs to find out why Skyrim is crashingFinally, we need to use free tool called Windows Grep to look inside the mods themselves to determine exactly which mod is causing the crash.Hope your problem get solved with this.

It has potential but only if it goes into the proper production phase, kickstarter projects are most of the times left alone.
