I followed your first instruction, This will show you that my Steam Client is open : https://gyazo.com/1d3707c20b11a692b15144967f85577a but : https://gyazo.com/341e0e99a8d2f8845b3e44dec2c85071 https://gyazo.com/be25097b201c66dc2b23706284a80656 My load order has all the DLC and the ENB 47 weather on the top : https://gyazo.com/099f27bbc109a9ff40c1d55186442715 I don't know what you mean by "solid, stable game and load order" so I didn't do the "Solution to Post-Processor" step for now. Means before installing stuff like mods or shader mods, make sure the vanilla game runs flawless(without problems). According to your load order, Fallout + DLC's should be on top, not the enb.esp. And since you use nvse, you don't need to launch fallout via the steam launcher, go to your fallout folder an run the nvse loader (it will start/run with the steam overlay) Also, have you installed the enb binaries from the enb website first or just the enb+ weather from nexus? Btw. what about your gpu? Do u have nvidia or amd? So about your first sentence, the vanilla game worked good because I've a save game. Even the NVSE show me the same prob with the load order. I followed the step that Exodus ENB made which are : download enb series (v.322) --> Copy/Paste the d3d9/dll in Fallout New Vegas folder (with the FalloutNV.laucher) --> Copy/Paste all the ENB Files into the Fallout New Vegas folder (same as before) My Laptop MSi GPU : Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050
