I place torchs on a house in exterior. They has flames wich lights, and the streetlight script turn on them only at night.
Every flames lights after the first loading at evening, but when I go into an interior, and came back, only a few flames lights. The flames are there, but the ligts dont work.

May be it is a basic Oblivion problem?
