What Streamline did for TESIV was change draw distance of things automatically to keep a steady max framerate. NVSR just removes stutter, doesn't increase framerate if there's about 40+ actors in a small area.

I'm wondering why this isn't even out yet. It was such a great tool for Oblivion for smooth frame rate. Would it even be possible to use the esp for Oblivion straight into NV?

I just recently installed a Russian mod (Igby's Bionoid 2.0 mod), and it managed to change the English text for VATS/actions (such as exiting a building) to Russian. Everything else such as menus; subtitles; and Pipboy; are still in English. I'm pretty sure I can change it myself, but I wouldn't know where to begin to search. I've tried extensive Googling, but every search was irrelevant. Any ideas?
