I'm having an issue when launching the attack on Cerberus Headquarters mission and the screen goes to black after spending the night with Liara and finishing up the conversation. It loads a little and then just goes to black and nothing else happens. I dont have romances with anyone else and ensured I turned them off in Trilogy Save Editor, anyone know the cause?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

UPDATE: fixed it by turning off full dialogue options
