  1. I'm not really worried about it. Janus did mention unexpected bugs that needed working out, plus there are the holidays to consider, and the year rolling over like this could have unexpected effects on work schedules. School's starting back up in a lot of places too, or there's some that might even still be having an exam period right now. And it's not just Janus, it's the whole team he works with to check everything and make sure it's actually working and playable before he releases any updates. I suspect Janus is waiting for things to calm down and for enough functional information to be able to give us something concrete; he may even surprise us with an update while we're not expecting it! And as much as I'm looking forward to the things he's talked about doing with Atvir, I'd rather he take the time to make it work, and make it -right-. But that's just me, and I'm notorious in some places for being easily distracted, so the waiting probably just doesn't bother me as much as some. XD
  2. Give him a couple of weeks, or at least a few more days, before you start getting worried. The end of December / first of January can be a pretty hectic time of year for both work and family. He probably needs a little time to get his head back on straight before he comes to tackle all our questions and such again! I know I would, anyway. This has been a crazy week. x.x
  3. If it's the initial encounter and the flin isn't working, it might be a different issue. You occasionally have to save/reload a couple of times after first installing a mod like this with its own dialogue before the dialogue really "takes" and you can access the character's speech options. One of the previous official Skyrim updates caused that particular hiccup in several follower mods. Just try saving the game and immediately reloading a couple of times. It's happened to me twice now when I first installed the mod and after I had to clean my mod folder out and reinstall everything. After that initial hiccup everything was fine, though.
