[Skyrim Crash to Desktop with Mods]

So I modded Skyrim Legendary Edition and I have been getting a CTD error whenever I start a new game. I installed all of my mods with the Nexus Mod Manager, used loot to auto order them for me and then cleaned each and every dirty plugin with Tes5edit properly. I took the time and reinstalled all of my mods one by one and started the game to see which one was causing the CTD still couldn't find out which one it was so here is my load order with all of the mods I currently have installed

I'm looking for help to find out what is causing the crashing whether its a specific mod or my load order.
