[Portraits not showing]

I know this is a problem of many players - portraits for my character don't show in character creation and in game (only red >?< on white field, or just white field. I tried to use a solution i found in web (https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/71910-character-customization-bug-no-portrait/), but it dosn't work - or i'm doing something wrong.
People, help.

Thx. Problem solved. FCO configuration i've instaled need MikotoProject.esm, and i had instaled - by mistake - other Mikoto mod, without THIS masterfile.
Without your advice i'll probably don't fix it.

Second: I was searching a solution for my problem in web before, but...

 

Three: ...i'm very dumb with all that techno-mumbo-jumbo, so i figured i'm not smart enough to do my problem by myself.

I have highly-modded Fallout New Vegas. Last time i decided to re-instal FCO mod, to use it with Mikoto Hair Mod (no beauty pack + mikoto, JUST mikoto!).
After finished my instalation (by FoMM, like always) i tried to start F:NV (by NVSE).
When all that loading screens passed by, on the final-one where normally shows a MENU, was nothing - only music, screen and no more.
When i gone out of game window there was an alert "Missing Masters! Chek load order".
So, i used an FOMM option Help -> Chek for update (like an advice to do it i found in web), and then showed an alert, and info about chashdump.

I've cheded, if a FalloutNV.esm is on right place (instalation dirrection) - it is!
I've tried to use FNVEdit, but it doesn't work.
Now, i'm confused, don't know how to do next. Maybe, its quiet simple, but for me it's to hard. Maybe the solution is simply un-install some mod/s? But i really don't know how tochek, what's wrogn.
