I installed the new f4se, everything is working perfectly. I guess it depends on what mods using f4se you have.

I agree it would be nice. The Vanilla pip boy flashlight is kinda meh and even if a real flashlight mod already exist, the flashlight just come from nowhere, so having a flashlight on a chest pocket would be nice. Tought I guess it will be difficult to make it compatible with every armor in the game and for female characters, there will be either clipping or floating issues. But we never now.

I was back to fallout 4 after a 4 months break and I was wondering what kind of new mods and new updates to existing mods were released. I was wondering why I could'nt find 'The Rebel' outfit and the 'Scavenged NCR armor' Then I discovered that modders were increasingly deleting their mods due to Bethesda.net thiefs and it makes me sad :( LordOfWar is an artist and I truly love his mods, I was hoping that more and more people will create mods for fallout 4 but it seems that what is happening is the exact opposite I guess Bethesda created a 'modgate part 2' by doing the SAME MISTAKE they did with steam paid mod: no moderation, no control for authors. I hope Bethesda and mods author will find a solution to those issues, we can not let the modding die :( PS: Sorry for my crappy english, i'm a baguette ...
