I'm still getting the message to change my password when I attempt to access any Nexus site and even after changing my password and clicking "got it" it keeps displaying it.

That seemed to have helped to some degree for the Companions. Kodlak no longer attacks me on sight so in theory I could go up and ask to join except Vilkas still does attack me on sight and he makes it a little difficult to carry on a conversation.

I've done a bit of searching to try and figure out the cause of this or at least a way to fix it but to no avail. Console commands have changed so much since Morrowind I simply don't know any of them anymore. So recently I was out for a leisurely stroll when a group of Thalmor attacked me and I thought nothing of it, I'm pretty far into the civil war quest line and have been slaughtering them on sight anyway. At some point a few Vigilant got caught in the crossfire of a battle with some Thalmor and turned hostile to me and had to be put down. After that ALL Vigilant are hostile to me, including the essential one in Markarth. A minor annoyance since none of them are very strong and I hadn't intended to do his quest anyway. Now I discover the Companions are all hostile to me for no reason, I haven't attacked any of them or stolen from them or anything. This is a problem since I was heading into Jorvaskr and was attacked on sight and promptly massacred by Kodlak and Farkas. Is there any console command to set my faction relationship with the Companions and the Vigilant to be a bit more friendly? Also the random skooma dealers have become hostile to me as well.
