Hey, I could try with most male Npc voices, but i understand that you probably have quite a few people who can. I have done a Khajiit voice before and tried Nord voices, but really I can do lots of voices and accents. I have a incomplete khajiit mod with poor quality with audio ( i had an old mic) http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/81670/? If you need more i can send you something i record now.

Other than that I'm only just starting Skills: I can use audacity and make .WAV files. I can use some of the effects in audacity for special effects. I am also very good with accents and pitch modulation (high or low). About me: I love acting in general but doing the scripting and stuff for mods is a bit out of my range so i would like to help people who can do that sort of stuff.
