Thanks. I had the exact same problem and your file fixed it! I also got this glitch in Blackreach. I was playing with the Hypothermia-mod and my character had started "freezing" just at the moment of the fight with the Wispmother, so I figured that the visual effect/glitch was related to my "freezing" character. I had progressed quite a bit before I finally decided something was wrong and reloading older saves was not an option....
