I played Oblivion today to realize I made problems more than to improve my game experience. I am not sure if the mods I add played an significant part of the problem, but hopefully I get to the bottom of this. I posted another forum on the other website to ask a particular problem. And a member from "that" website told me that my mod placement is messy and I have to sort and clean the problem. I wasn't sure what she meant, but as I read the article she sent to me along with the message, I finally understood. Be it as it may, I need a second opinion from this community; that even if I sort my mods, let alone clean them, would I get a better performance of my game. If I go to specifics when it comes to crashes, though, it's when I manually make my own class on the part Baraus talks to me after the Emperor dies in the beginning. Second is the fast travel, but this happens when I imperatively teleport from one place to another. And lastly, is when I go the outside Leyawiin. I have pics of my mods from my mod manager and let you all judge to what I should do. Don't mind the highlights by the way. By the looks of those you all probably know what I meant by other forum.

While I am still in the ropes of understanding mod creation, I would like everyone in this community if this idea came to pass. Anyone can actually search this through google if somehow a lot of you have no slightest idea what it looks like. But to give you a hint, Equestrian is a sport; a sport where men and women compete with horseback riding. The way competitors wear on such a sport is very english-like. The very common thing you always see to an equestrian athlete would be the pants and boots. The part below from the knee to the ankle line of the pants they wear are covered by the over the knee boots so that their footwear "stands out". This kind of style is applied nowadays in casual attires rudimentary to pants and shoes to men and women. But even the equestrian attire actually derived in the 17th century Britain royalists and soldiers. So it makes perfect sense to add this to oblivion. At least the pants-boots combination would do me fine....

Hey pros and mod know-at-alls I am once interested of creating my own mod, but no to avail - I almost destroyed my game after creating one. If not for my back-ups, I would have to reinstall the whole process and do all the shenanigans, and it's like 2 hours lest with downloading the mod I had all over again. Despite my experience, I want to do it the second try. In any way, I'm a little bit positive of stepping in the world of modding with the help of you all. Well, I mentioned earlier that I have mods downloaded. What I have that concentrates about this post are the following: VB orders (weapon), 3d maton's mod (weapon), room 207 lich armor (armor), kd circlets (armor/clothing), and hidemaro's the hakama (clothing). These mods I listed are very unique and very well made. I do wish I could make something as great as these mods the authors created, if I knew what software they use. If it's more than one, I don't mind. I already have construction set, nifskope, wyre bash, and bender. I am just a little bit confuse about the process as well. If I do have all I need, then the last thing I need know may be where to go first to the last of mod creation.

I read all the description of mods I added to my oblivion. However, unlike all of you pros out there, I can't be certain about the information given if there aren't updated in the first place. As been said, there are mods out there that are worrisome, yet I felt the need to get it. One of which is "Mayu's Mod" to name the few. Likely, this mod specifies that it will never be compatible to Roberts V3; even looking at the video the author provided through Youtube clearly states the answer I learned. This year, though, the author created Roberts Male Body Replacer is now V5, and I activated it already to improve my game experience - the look of my character at least. But I was wondering if Mayu's Mod can have a sure shot of success now that Robert's Mod has 2 versions upgraded. I never saw an article related to this post nor an update from the creator of Mayu's mod, so I need help. If my post is confusing, probably because I'm an ETL - English as a Third Language.

I downloaded that alexanders wings mod before and tried, but it's not my liking.

I actually did tried to make my own, but I almost destroyed the whole game. Thank goodness I have back-ups I would be in a messy situation.

I haven't seen any mod out there that has this kind of idea. Sure, I can't create something for myself because I'm not that good at this. But, if anyone could humor me for a while, or whomever that they could direct me at, I would like an upper body armor -heavy armor if possible- in which when you wear it you're topless but with a set of wings protrude in your back. I don't mind if the wings are motionless, but I like it designated as a chest armor. And in addition, it is compatible with either in Room 207's mod or Robert's V5 MBR mod- for my guy character. So far I only found winged mods that are considered accessories. Hopefully I could get answers or at least know where to go at if anybody in this community knows. Thanks in advance and I'll wait in the shadows..... Unrelated though, but I feet the need to say it. Somehow, when I go to the 2 common categories about my request the first thing I see is women armors that you could see boobs popping and nipples dangling to reveal, covered in some straps that I assume are armors. And then, it goes on and on each page. I'm already 24, and I know what boobs are, but promiscuity is so old to me and considered a cliche. Surprised to say that I'm sick of boobs.

Thanks for telling, Striker. I am a little bit out and about somewhere that got me distracted away from the game and this community. And yes, this is the mod, so far, that I'm looking for. Too bad I can't spend that much time until I finish my nursing entrance exam. With priorities on the side, the mod is awesome - just watching my character holding one of the previewed weapons make me feel accomplished. Thanks Guinefort1 as well for sharing this amazing mod.

Wow, I did not expect to get a lot of replies on such short notice. Thank you all so much for being patient and informative, and I look forward to all of the things I concisely absorbed and learned from all of you, so that way I could do this without any fuss. Believe it or not, I already jot some notes, even the ones that are full of jargon. Never could have done this without all of your help.

Quite honestly, It's a lot to swallow for someone like myself. I am still glad I get to know this info from you however, and will think about it if I get the opportunity. The only thing that holds me back is how it will affect my game experience and the game itself. Like what you said, it may take some time for me, an amateur, to get the whole principle of mods. The only worst thing I could think about is maybe corrupt the game if I do it wrong. Some of the mods I download though have pre-made folders of which where and what category it goes - with the help of the creator's instructions, of course. It shows how I was able to download some of the weapon mods really easy. This one, eagle sc0ut's halberd mod, however got me by surprise the moment I open it; and the instructions are slightly incomprehensible, which got me a hard time. But since you mentioned about how it works manually I will follow your way, and I wholeheartedly appreciate your help. Anyhow, what do you or anyone like to recommend me to download what I have been requesting, other than undead knight and medieval weapons mod? P.S. English is my third language......

I don't understand. I mean, when I download the mod and unzip everything, all I can see is a couple of .nif files, a .esp file, and instructions. I followed every bit of info that I need to do, even to the point of using oblivion mod manager on another scenario, yet still end up with similar outcome. It's frustrating to not get the idea of these things, like I'm trying to understand a different kind of language I never heard of.

Not really. Although, after I posted this request I found this halberd mod in oblivion from eagle sc0ut. The problem with that mod is the fact that it won't work on my game. I followed how to do it, even tried a couple of scenarios, but somehow, when I opened the game, the halberds are all exclamation marks - "!" I'm mostly attracted to double edge axes with longer handles. Sorry if I sound picky. If no one knows xolitaire's halberd weapon in youtube, the link is: he/she has a couple of videos that also shows the weapon.

Lately, I am drawn to xolitaire's halberd weapon posted in youtube. It's just so happen that he/she isn't sharing that beautifully created halberd to anyone in the public. I also happen to like this anime show Date Alive about Kotori's Camael weapon that has something to do with the topic. Because the battleaxe handle of this game is short I wonder if anyone has a battleaxe mod with a handle as long as a halberd. If I can't have xolitaire's modded halberd, at least, hopefully, that I could get this alternative request.

is xlovers mod understandable and compatible? I found one adult content here, and tried it, but everything was weird. My character's head and lower body is missing, woman moaning sounds playing even though they're men, and the dialogue is difficult to understand.

Hi you all!!! It's my first time doing posting such thing here. It has come to my attention that sexual mods I see around the oblivion universe revolves only on heterosexual content. I tried to search on other forums, but I still can't find a right answer to what I'm looking. Now, I saw this content from naughty machinima, on a two-minute video about a male character having multiple segments of sexual intercourse to men in hawkhaven, a place inside the testinghall. I was greatly interested that the answer I was looking for was there. The one posting the video can't be communicated for some reason, but that is why I'm here - to look for that mod. I can't find it anywhere in the oblivion mods here in nexus because there is too many. So everyone, I need your help. I want to know what kind of mod that is solely, or at least included, for same sex intercourse. I greatly appreciate the help. :happy: P.S. I don't want anything that has to do with romancing male companions, for I am not interest on downloading a content like it. :confused:
