Open console and click any object in game for it's ID. Then in CK Edit > Find text > search for the ID, result will be under objects tab which you can click to take you in that cell.

Excuse my ignorance but would such mod be hard to make? I have very limited experience using the GECK but I'm willing to give it a try. Not really enjoying spending half of the ingame time going through loot. Reason I rather do it myself is to control which items are removed. Perhaps similar mod already exists which I could use as reference? Thanks for help! edit: found "Clutter B Gone", will check it out
