Any chance someone can make a mod similar to custom playable children from Fallout 4?

I have an idea for a challenge mod for a YouTube video series I want to make "Can You Beat Skyrim As a kid?" the only problem is As I want to do things with this mod that I don't know how to do like modeling the armor to fit on kids and then creating special vendors that sell them and making non-shrunken armor unwearable I also want to make all hair available to all the Kid races in the race menu as well as set all skills to 0 (except for the ones you usually get as a race being brought down to 15) I wouldn't want this to have to depend on anything like the unofficial Skyrim patch as I would want this to be as vanilla as possible. I would also need help making first person models for those armors and child's clothes. please hit me up on Nexus If you think you can help me

The Console command to change player scale doesn't work the only way to fix it is with a mod called "height randomizer" I would like to play with out the height randomizer but I also want to console command to work unfortunately he views requests to get him to make a standalone version that just fixes the player.setscale command as an attack on his work I'd be happy if someone could just make the fix
