  1. EDIT: Still trying to fix this random CTD but further testing showed me that the CTD happens on a new game with only the P220 and the Holsters and Sheaths mod activated. It is random but when it happens it is as soon as I click the holster ® button. I'm starting to think the problem is with the P220 mod but I still cannot understand why. Hi and thanks to anyone taking the time to try and help me! I'm at the beginning of the game in Sanctuary just testing things out to make sure everything is working good but I'm facing a unusual (unusual because I've used the mods before) CTD, mostly random in occurence, when I'm holstering a weapon using Visible Holster by Registrator2000 (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10317?tab=posts) with the weapon apparel been from Holsters and Sheaths by zalteredbeast (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/19355) . It seems to be pretty random since I cannot always reproduce the issue on the spot but it usually happens after a couple holstering/unholstering using right now the P220 weapon mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/18796) and the matched apparel from Holsters and Sheaths. Maybe it's something to do with the scripts? I've been trying for a couple days to fix this now using Xedit but, alas, I'm still in the dark and cannot understand where the error comes from.   3. Howdy good fellas! I've been a decent mod user for quite some years now and I'm planning to mod the hell out of Fallout New Vegas for a future playthough at a friend's house soon. My question is: Could I setup all the mods in advance on a External HD to bring along with me at my friend's house, to be able to play on the computer he's gonna lend me for the weekend without having to install everything once I'm there and troubleshoot during hours? Is it possible at all to have it running quick and easy by moving the install folder from my EHD and paste it on the computer's HD? Many thanks in advance!

Hello everyone, I'm in need of some assistance, As the title suggest I'm trying to remove the HDT Physics from one of the Bloodborne armor in this pack to port it over to Skyrim SE https://www.patreon.com/posts/19014420 I've already re-saved the esp with the CK and Optimized the meshes with Nif Optimizer but I'm uncertain about removing the hdt and coulnd't find an anwser online. I would assume you have to tweak the meshes with Nif Skope but a little help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks a bunch in advance

  6. Oh wow I didn't know about this setting I though you were referring to the Dual Sheath Redux mod. I've took a look inside the nvidia control panel and DSR was on for the global setting, but doesn't exist under Skyrim Se, turning it off didn't work but in the resolution screen of nvidia I've manully changed my resolution to 1080p 1080x1920 and now my desktop is messed up but it works for skyrim, oh well!   7. Hey thx for the reply! No I'm not using DSR (It hasn't been ported yet, right?) and I've tried messing with the full screen/borderless in the ini but the only thing I've achieved is to get everything too much zoomed in with these settings.
  8. Hello everyone, I'm in need of some assistance with some bug with my resolution. I'm playing Skyrim SE on a TV, which the native resolution is 1360x768 but then auto switch to 1920x1080 as soon as I load the game (any game), the problem that has arrised is that now whenever I start SSE the 1920x1080 reso causes screen bug as you can see in the picture below: https://imgur.com/a/rmv4x3f then if I change the resolution back in the ini with my native reso it fixes it: https://imgur.com/a/D6LCYjj Anyone got an idea? That would be really appreciated! Otherwise I'm testing it all and everything seems to be working flawlessly. MP1 was just the name of Merged Patch, and for the DFO I did not convert it but I must admit that I don't really recall where I downloaded it, if it's a pirated version I honestly didn't know but will delete it, the only one I converted myself was the Dual Combo Hotkeys and it seems to works fine. Anyway uninstall and reinstall seems to have fix it, I'm still testing but it's looking alright.

  11. Haha hell yeah! I think it's the specular is the light reflecting texture map for the armor. I also saw some dds files "hood_n" and "robe_n" in nifskope and it was all purple, it's also selected as 2nd textures in nifskope , right under the new texture I had.
  12. CK gave me an error though, that there is no specular map for the nif, I don't see a problem in game with that as of right now but what does it mean?
  13. Oh wow I may just have gotten something wrong when I tried doing it in xedit. I just changed the meshes they used using the ck this time and it worked right of the bat. Much obliged friend, and thanks for the info on nif
  14. Oh ok I'm not an actual pro with Nif, but I've notice the numbers beside the sub categorie in nifskope, these are actually the slots used for the biped? I think everything there is alright, the expert robes and the apprentice seem to share the same biped slots, I'll get back to you in little while

So my question is in the tittle but just to be sure if it is possible or not (I've never done any standalone armor but I understand the concept of it, aligning the textures with the meshes with NifSkope and creating a path files in the data folder, etc.) but I seem to be missing something out since my armor is invisible (Problem with the meshes or the textures?) I'm trying to use the textures from this mod apprentice robe: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59170/? More specificaly the robes on the last picture of the mod page, the one from the different school of magic. I've duplicated an expert robe and robe armor addon to get the beneficial effect from the expert robe on a apprentice robe and then modified the male world model in the armor addon to point to the new nif I've put in the data, I've put my meshes and textures in the skyrim data folder even though I use MO (Is it correct to do?) and I only changed the meshes and textures for the male version since I play male and only me is gonna use it but then when I get in game after creating the esp the robe and hood are invisible but everything else seems to be good (the stats of the expert robes are good) Would anyone know a little more and could help me with this? I would be forever in your good grace! Thank you in advance !
  16. Wow just wow, just sir, are a blessing to mankind! First, thank you so much for the time you've put into helping me, I think we figured it out! (And I don't drink but god know I've smoke my brain out at the end of the night) I've reread everything for the step inis, I had some semi legit tweaks for the grass and trees and it's definitively better than ever, I've added a couple line from yours too and removed ugridstoload since yeah, not worth it but man F*CK THAT BEAR i hate him just bumping into my horse and scaring the sh*t out of me. And for the f*** ups in my ini's, various tweaks grabbed on the internet deseperate for answser and hope or try experiment...and as you said, starting with the launcher when I first installed it last time, It all pretty much make sense to me now. I owe you a cold one, kind sir, and here's the result of all this: https://imgur.com/a/soLPu Sure it's not perfect but hey, I'm happy with it. Now all I have is some flickering mountains but I'm reading about it, Z-Fighting as it's called and following step guide to understand things better.. Cheers mate!
  17. Well as you said the LOD is incredible and seeing dragonreach from afar is really something worth the trouble with Dynlod now that I've finally managed to make it works but still.. I don't understand what the heck is going on when I'm actually travelling in horse or on foot in the whiterun tundra, grass just "pop in" as I walk on it, even then sometime I'm on the land and it takes a few seconds before the grass finally all load under my feet, not to mentions the trees that have disparated colors/lightning from the distance changing when I get closer, everything in the terrain seems to have trouble rendering even with a ugridstoload7. I've also tried couple of ini tweaks to make the grass/trees render further but it doesn't change sh*t. I'm really starting to feel overwhelmed, but hey thanks a lot for your help JackArbiter
  18. Yeah at first I tried Dyn but I kind of didn't get the result expected, maybe because I didn't understand it all. I guess I'll give it a try again! So to start I should uninstall everything related to fixing the lod and only keeps TAZ lighting and Skyrim Flora Overhaul? Anyway I'm gonna try it tomorrow.. If anyone got another idea or see something wrong with my setup be sure to let me know! Thanks
  19. Is Beyond reach voiced? I haven't start it yet but When I met with the priestess and her husband they were silent with the subtitles. I'm interested to know as well! EDIT: I just found that piece on the mod forum: I recommend using Fuz Ro D-oh for the unvoiced dialogue. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14884/? The bulk of the mod IS VOICED, however there is complimentary dialogue that isn't. It will be attended to in 4.0.
  20. As Grospolina said but if the mod is packed in a .BSA instead of looses files you won't be able to change the texture, I think. You can always unpack the bsa using BSA Archive Extractor or something similar. I know for a fact that usually meshes and textures are tide together via the meshe itself, so you might have to change the texture of the meshe using NifSkope. Hope that helps!

  22. Hi and hello everyone comming here to land a hand, I'm facong a LOD problem since a while now and now I've come to the conclusion that I would like to fix it once and for all. So first: I use MO for install and managing, I have Skyrim Flora Overhaul + T.A.Z Enb (Weather and lighting) + ELFX (No weather). Reading on forums and STEP guide, I've placed everything in my install list according to what I seem to understand for the visual overhaul: Optimized Vanilla Text HD DB Optimized Dragonborn Text HD HF Optimized Hearthfire Text HD DG Optimized Dawnguard Text HD USleep 2K Complete Full Skyrim Flora Overhaul Verdant grass (overwriting the grass from flora) ELFX Static Mesh Improvement Mod Realistic Water Two Skyrim Particle Patch for enb Wet and cold enhanced night skyrim wonders of weather Ultimate HD Fire Effects Skyui Skyrim project optimization footprints Bloody Facials Reblooded Enhanced Blood Texture T.A.Z Lighting DLC LOD Fix for TAZ and SFO So yeah that's pretty much it for visuals and how I've install them, but still I get a crappy LOD (Grass spawn when I walk right in front of it, trees are floating in the air at a small distance and pop in a couple meters before I get there, some trees are really bright at a distance which should have been fix by the LOD Fix for TAX and SFO) here is my Sky.ini and pref.ini which are manage by MO: Sky.ini Skyprefs.ini here is a screenshot of most of the problem: https://imgur.com/a/hF6pw I'm really in an dead end here since I really can't think of anything that might change stuff but I'm open to every suggestions and tips, I'm pretty much a novice for when it comes to LOD! Hello there, I'm wondering if anyone here would have seen that weird animation bug (or replacer added by a mod I can't pinpoint for the life of me), as the title says, the Dragonborn appears to be masturbating while in a super epic pose when I shout. It is not as bad when you're holding a sword in your hand but casually shouting when your weapon is not drawn makes for an awkward scene.. :) Anyway, I'm listening for advice, maybe somewhere to look other than mod organizer data tab with all the anims I use: Skse Fnis Xpmse Pretty combat anims New animation for magic casiting Dual Sheaths Redux TkDodge All the rest of the animations are working exactly as I installed them and I really don't see any of these changing the shouting animations in the files so yea... I'm a bit lost! Thanks in advance! Load Order
