How did he solve this problem? I'm using multiple devices, and onedrive is how is how I share files between these devices. Is there a way to fix this issue without getting rid of onedrive?

Can't change fallout 4 resolution or run it on full screen, tried prefs changes, doesn't work Fallout 4 runs fine in my old laptop. I just install fallout 4 on my newly put up desktop pc. The problem is that I couldnt change the resolution of my game or make it full screen under the setting option of launch windows. I tried the community solution by changing both prefs files from my document and steamapp folder to match my screen resolution. However, it makes no difference. HELP! btw, I'm using a ryzen 7 2700x and rtx 2070 on a x470 ultra with a 2560x1440 monitor
