People do that for a lot of games. Mass effect, dragon age, fallout, etc. They are just there to give people a better base or give people a type of character they may want without a lot of work.

So I've been playing around with save edits the last few days trying in what appears to be vain to find the files and flags that are set after character creation. The metadata doesn't change a thing and I haven't found a way to reliably tell what exactly is in the DAT file and if making changes to that would even work. If any other modders out there have any clue or idea about this let me know, I'm eager to be able to actually give some people the romance mods they want.

It's got four big sex scenes which are gender locked for some dumb reasons, a one night stand, and prostitutes you can visit.

What's funny is all of Panam's romance lines are already in female voice. The only hard requirement is a male body so the only thing needed is being able to set the in game gender flag from F to M (Which is proving so utterly annoying to try and figure out.) Like I've heard some people complain about having everyone in video games be Bi like Dragon Age II but it takes away from player choice and in an RPG that's a big factor.

Hi yeah I am one of those lesbians. Panam would actually be incredibly easy to make Bi simply because you wouldnât have to alter much. She already responds to a female voice so all we need to do is change the body requirements and boom youâre done. Judy is a bit harder just because you need both female voice and body but really..... I just want to be able to romance who I want.

The console is a bust at the moment, same with save editing. I managed to get to a point with a female V with feminine voice was being refereed to as "He" in convos but after playing up to Queen of the Highway it still locks it and Judy is still available so back to square one. It'll probably get way easier when/if they actually release mod tools or someone cracks it but for the moment CDPR's dumb decisions still haunt us.

Iâm trying to do this using just gender flags since the voice lines are recorded in both voices. The console seems to be a bust but Iâm trying to edit the save files specifically and change the marker there to basically have a female body, female voice V be flagged as male and able to romance Panam and vice/versa for Kerry. If anyone else has tried this let me know.
