I never created my own mods, but I have some killer ideas for skins. I have worked with the Adobe suite for years now doing Graphic Design for random things, love this game and would love to add my creativity to the pile of mods for this game. Anyone have a tutorial or can explain to me what files to edit/replace to create skins?

I understand that they wanted to keep this closely along the lines of the original and I commend them on that, as there were many differences, the concepts and structure of the game play was like old times!! But they need to make a part 2 and take this game to the next level!

Have you tried dismissing all your followers? I've encountered the same sort of lag before, always when I turn to look at my party of followers. It gets worse the more followers I have with me, especially when they are wearing armor from mods.
I have and its still laggy when turning. I am leaning on the fact it has something to do with Nvidia specifically or SLi, maybe its not optimized for it? I dont know but i have my fan profiles for my video cards set up to scale better with the card heat and in battlefield my cards get hot and my fans max out at 100% but skyrim barely gets my cards hotter than 65 degrees F. Just makes me think its not a hardware issue but definitely something else causing the problem.

Thanks for both ideas, I tried them both to no avail, disabling the hd packs from the data files and still lagged. also tried your script disabler and still lagged. keep the ideas coming.

thanks for the replies but when its activated the base that you can assault that is the last one and the game is over? If so neeeds part 2, expansion or more content i beat the game in less than a week if that is the last level.

Use FRAPS and post your actual frames per second.

As for fps, it seems when im running straight im capped at 60 but when I turn it drops to 40ish and when it freezes it will get to 10 then when its done freezing right back up to 60.

When you use this device does that take you to the final mission and the game is over? I been avoid using it because I dont want my game to end! Yes I know I could just load a previous save but I dont want to spoil the last mission that much.

Alright, since I have found the modding community Skyrim went from collecting dust on my Steam shelf to being played everyday. However I am having some frame lag while playing which I dont get, I mean Skyrim doesnt even use DX10. I can play Battlefield 3 with DX11 on ultra with virtually no noticeable frame lag.
Now the lag is not constant not at all, If i am running straight whether in a dungeon, town or outside its smooth as butter, but when I pan my camera with my mouse it will lag up the screen get real choppy and even freeze for half a second then goes back to no lag.
I just dont get it here are my system specs;
Win7x64
Intel Core i7 2600k @ 3.4GHz
16 GB Ram (4x4 GB DDR3 1333)
Sata 6gb/s HD
Nvidia 560 Ti x 2 in SLi.
Game settings pretty much all set to the highest setting but reduced the distance sliders to half.
The only thing I can think of is the game is just simply not optimized right, I can run any other game with near max graphics if not maxed and its smooth.

from my understanding it is a female body replacer replacing all female meshes not just the player. I do believe I read this somewhere as well.
Oh yea here it is, straight from the ccbe mod page
"Q2: Does this affect NPCs?
A: It's a female body mod. Of course it does."

Alright, I have now spent an entire day trying combinations of different mods going back and forth, installing/uninstalling, trying to get cbbev3 to work.
Playing with the Steam Version > Hearthfire > Skyrim High Resolution Texture Pack (I also have one called "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim japanese Hearthfire - Dont know how this got there)
I went and downloaded NMM.
Downloaded CBBEv3 using NMM
Used NMM to "activate" the mod
CBBE window pops up allows me to pick a body type, I pick curvy.
Launch game - everyone looks the same still.
Please help!

I see a bunch of armor mods already on Nexus with different colors and 4k and the like, are they doing something different?
