Hello, all. I'm looking to add some custom audio to my NPC (stuff like greetings, battle cries, etc.) How do I add my recorded .wav files to the NPC?

Hello, everyone! I have a neat idea that I haven't seen yet and would like to implement it. I'd like to create a house mod in Morthal, where you can repair the burned house and move in. I don't want to do anything fancy... just like a "For Sale" sign that appears after the Laid to Rest quest is complete. When you select the sign, you pay 2,500 gold and the ruined house is replaced with a new house. The interior will also be completely furnished upon purchase, no upgrades required. Simply finish the quest, click the sign, boom. House. Can anyone help me set this up? I can get the house in place, create the interior cell, and decorate on my own. Just need help making the sign appear after the quest and allowing the player to purchase it via said sign.

Hello, all! I recently (last night) reinstalled my FO4 and wanted to use this preset for my new playthrough: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/35788?tab=description I chose the "Normal Clean" version, installed it AND all the required mods, and launched FO4. When I open the Presets tab, the Innosense preset IS there! But when I click it... nothing happens. Vanilla Nora just stands there, gawking at me! Any advice? I've have PLENTY of presets apply but look god awful. I've had many presets that replace one of the vanilla faces in the lineup and look just fine. Never had a preset refuse to apply to my character, though :/

Would anyone be interested in helping a new Vegas fanboy out? I've set out to give Fallout 4 a Mojave look with the a TON of mods (https://www.reddit.com/r/FO4mods/comments/99hcy2/fallout_4_mojave_edition_a_mod_guide/), and noticed that one was missing: The King's outfit! I have literally zero knowledge of mod-making, but it seems easy enough to maybe retexture one of the base game's suits and make it a standalone mod.
