Very true and unfortunately I had to uninstall the mod. It just suddenly started happening mid-game and also bandits became non-hostile at the same time.

You dirty madman. Kidding. I uninstalled OBIS, but the bandits still won't be hostile. To add insult to injury, some of them are naked. wait 10 days since cells gotta reset So it's impossible to use OBIS then? That's a damn shame. I loved the diversity it gave the bandits. There is always Rabies(If not mentioned yet) from the various bites you get from the dogs and ghouls. VERY nasty illness and would have be treated by a Physician over time and cost caps a plenty for each treatment. Effects: violent movements, uncontrolled excitement, fear of water, an inability to move parts of the body, confusion, and loss of consciousness.

I hate that dog as well. I left him in Sanctuary first chance I get because of all his running around.
