How is a created NPC changed into a usable file that acts as a standalone download on sites like nexus and steam with character traits and skills attached?

You can check under NMM plugin tab. As you choose each item, there will be a list of required mods for it to work to the right with bullet points. Make sure no necessary mods are loading after each mod.

I seem to notice I run into something quite often that stops me when there should be nothing there. There is also no targeted name when I point at it. Is something amiss?

Seems like the Kadjit could be a good Thundercat Mod, plus sword of omens.

I have "Oblivion Hair" and "My type of Hair" as active mods, but the hairstyles do not appear on NPCs, only a generic. Apachii works fine.

1.)I have created several NPC characters with the proper faction and relationship info, however, some do not offer the follow me text. 2.) Any reason UFO only allowing me 6 followers max? 3.) "My type of Hair" and "Oblivion Hair" not loading on characters. Apachii working fine, but creation kit won't do proper headshot with Apachii, have to use full view.
