  1. Hey guys, I'm hoping to utilise outfit studio to create rolled up sleeve version of some vanilla outfits. Like vault suit, BOS jumpsuit etc. However I went through quite a lot of guides and tutorial videos, and most of them just deal with bust size or clipping errors. How should I go about modifying sleeve location of outfits though? Appreciate it if anyone can point me to the right direction!

  3. Hey guys, just wondering if it's possible to switch teammate's weapons via modding tools. So I can give them assault rifles, sniper etc. instead of sticking with their default weapons. Sincerely appreciate any help that can be given!!
  4. I was wondering if anyone can help me with a weapon mod, basically its a pistol with attachment weapon mods in NV, however I need it to be separate weapons like in F3 for a project I'm working on, can someone help me make it into separate weapon?? its just a pistol and I need a silenced variant for it.
  5. Hello, I'm having some trouble with reload animation for weapons, if someone is experienced with this please help. So basically i was trying to port some weapons from New Vegas to Fallout 3 (Imperator's weapons). basically, i'm just changing the master file and file version in geck to port it over. i did a few edits like changing repair list and changing ammo type to those exist in Fallout 3 but really stuck on weapon reload animations. Basically most of the weapons use ReloadF as its reload animation, however in Fallout 3, ReloadF is the reload animation for laser pistol, so when i try to reload the weapons, the wrong one shows up and the ammo clip also won't come off, i tried switching it to all of the other animations but none of them have clips coming off, its really wierd that the clips stay intact even when some other matching reload animations are used like the ones for assault rifle and chinese assault rifle for Fallout 3 (ReloadA and ReloadE). what i found even wierder is that the ReloadF animation is shared between many different types of weapon for New Vegas, it is used for assault carbine, service rifle, laser pistols, they are totally different types of weapons!!! so i was wondering if anyone can shed light on this, i have always wanted to use those amazing NV weapons in Fallout 3.

  7. someone really need to port the enclave commander mod from fallout 3 over it really is an unbelievably detailed, creative and well-running mod. The options are endless, customization is a breeze, and it truly makes for some epic encounters. the one on NVnexus is buggy as hell, and the author is not working on it anymore so will any modding genius here kind enough to port this mod over??
  8. thx for the reply Skree, i currently need 4 different retexture of the merc grunt armor and 4 different retexture of combat helmet, both are vanilla item i need those retexture to be put on an armor mod because they don't have a world model and therefore i used the merc grunt armor and combat helmet as their base world model but need their textures/camos to match their armor counterpart, but i can do this part myself so i just need retexture of those armor and helmets, if ur interested i will send the textures of which i want it to match
  9. hello guys im currently in urgent need of texturing help. i need help with some textures on the vanilla merc grunt outfit and combat helmet im not good at graphic design and only just started using gimp so if u can texture the above 2 armors and willing to help, please pm me as soon as possible or post a reply i would deeply appreciate it if u can help also when retexturing do u guys load the texture onto the model and retexture or just edit it in gimp??
  10. thx for the reply, it is exactly what im looking for although i wonder if theres a better way since this way can be abit time consuming
  11. sorry, should made this more thorough i meant how do i know which dds file is used by which object im trying to extract a helmet along with all its textures from an armor pack, theres a lot of textures not used by this object and the texture name in the folder is not really clear so how do i know what are the textures used by the helmet
  12. hello i got some question about texture of certain objects say i need all the textures of a helmet in a mod, how do i find where the required textures are located???
  13. so i can get the "steam/steamapps/fallout new vegas" manual patch from bethesda/obsidian????
  14. okay the usual story, i don't have internet at my house, im at friends place, my computer is desktop and can't be moved blah blah blah if i buy the game in store which requires steam, activate it in friends house, i still can't install and play the game in my house right???? and even if i somehow managed to get it installed, I can't just get patches for the game from friend's house and just install it right?? does steam allow manual patching???
  15. what about utilities like FOSE and FOMM?? or in this case NVSE and NVMM steam is gonna work fine with those as well???
  16. hello im trying to know how to decrease a NPC's damage, i tried to decrease their special to 0, their stats as low as possible yet their damage is still too high are there other ways to decrease their damage??? (without altering global damage or the weapon stats)
  17. i know this might not be the correct section, but to make FCOM work with XEO, all i need to do is first do a clean install of FCOM, then install XEO, Rebuild the bashed patch with Import NPC Faces-XEO checked right? thats all i need to do right? i cant access the wrye's TNR/NPC face section so i don't know how to do it
  18. nvm i found the solution, wrye forgot to enable wxPython in the installer lol, damn took me 3 hours to figure out
  19. hello, i recently decided to reinstalll oblivion with fcom, however i cant get wrye bash to run, i have installed the wrye python package, and other programs that require pythong still runs fine, so its not python's fault i have been to wrye bash's site, it says if i cant get it to start i should check the bash.log, problem is that wrye bash doesn't even generrate bash.log, i clicked on the launcher many times and nothing happens i got the latest version, im using 64bit vista please help!!
  20. @emlnxrh nah i dont really care about lore, as long as its not the vanilla fugly npcs, also it would be nice if its an all in one pack (overhaul), so that theres no need to get additional mods theres a really nice mod for fallout 3 called project beauty and a mod for dragon age called dragon age redesigned, the author really put much effort into his mods, nearly all npcs were revamped, i was hoping for such files for oblivion, since this game is way older than the other two @dogeese im currently still installing FCOM, so if u need to bash TNR into FCOM, does that mean the mod itself was originally incompetible with FCOM? if i can bash the TNR faces into FCOM, is it possible or should i bash faces from the previously mentioned mods and XEO as well?
  21. any mod that drastically improve the NPC's appearance and compaitable with FCOM? i hate their vanilla looks, i know theres a mod called XEO, but it doesn't seem to be compaitable with FCOM i need one that's compaitable with FCOM thx
  22. I think this is what ur looking for Improved Atmosphere
