Guys, something has made me very angry and I have an uninformed opinion that I would like to share with you.

Except blocking with a sword isn't more effective than blocking with a shield. Thats why we invented shields. There are some sword-catchers that look kind of like a cross between a dagger and a trident, but those were extremely niche and only used in the renaissance and after when rapiers and thrusting swords were most common.

I'm willing to help with voiceovers and have a quality microphone. I'm told I have no placeable accent most of the time, but I grew up in Virginia and can lapse country... especially if bourbon is involved. What kind of timeframe for release is this on?

You should be doing a merged patch regardless of what mods you're using... it really does help with errors.

I know ASEF isn't needed anymore, but there's a mod with a dependency on it, I forget which one. I haven't ever used Wrye Flash, TBH I haven't the faintest idea how to use it. Anyone got a good introduction?

Hello folks! I finally pushed my load order past the breaking point and had to do a full reinstall. Not quite sure what broke things and I'm offering a bounty on the head of this technical problem of a free steam gift game. Anyhow, I've got everything set back up and working but my performance is now terrible using the same mods as before. I'm using the FNV4G.exe and NVSE and stutter remover along with the enhanced shaders. When I use the 4gb exe, the game runs like s***. When I don't use it it runs slightly better but still not how it used to. I vaguely remember having this problem before but eventually finding a workaround that let me use all three of these with great performance. Why would the 4gb exe be causing slowdown? I'm using an ATI card if that matters. I just can't for the life of me remember what steps I took that finally got the 4gb exe working fast. Any ideas? Not sure this matters but when I specify the custom launch exe, the launch button changes from "Launch NVSE" to "Launch New Vegas." I'm vaguely remembering using a version of FNV4GB_NVSE that wasn't from from the NVSE homepage and that fixed things but I may be pulling that out of my ass. Goddammit, I should never have changed anything. I finally had things working more or less how I wanted them with over 120 mods working side by side without crashing or performance problems and a bunch of custom editing and compatibility patching on my end to get things to play nicely together. Then I update IWS and everything dies, I reinstall, and now my game is unplayable. I flew too close to the sun . Here's my load order (Updated!) The issues: Lots of random CTDs, frequent infinite loading screens, and the 4GB NVSE exe makes the game unplayably slow and I'm pretty sure the CTDs are due to the large textures requiring more than 2gb but I may be wrong.
